Why I Built This

Built From the Inside Out

I built MedTrack Mentors because I kept seeing the same thing: brilliant, driven students getting rejected — not because they weren't good enough, but because no one helped them tell their story the right way.

I've sat on admissions committees. I've taught at six universities. I've practiced medicine for over two decades. I know exactly what committees are looking for — and I bring that insider knowledge to every single student I work with.

This isn't a side project. It's a mission. Every student who works with MedTrack Mentors gets my full attention — because that's the only way I know how to do this.

Why Families Choose Us

Every Student Is Treated as an Individual — Not a Number

At MedTrack Mentors, there are no mass programs, no generic checklists, and no one-size-fits-all advice. Every student is carefully guided as their own person — with a plan built around their unique story, strengths, and goals.

01

One-on-One, Always

Every session is with Dr. Tomei or a senior advisor — not a junior staffer or automated tool. You get undivided, expert attention every single time.

02

No Cookie-Cutter Plans

Your background, goals, and timeline are unique. We build a strategy around you — not a recycled template handed to every student.

03

Your Story, Your Voice

We don't write your application for you — we help you uncover and articulate what makes you exceptional, so admissions committees remember you.

04

A Partner, Not a Vendor

Families trust us because we treat every student like our own. We celebrate your wins, troubleshoot your setbacks, and stay invested from first call to acceptance.

"We don't just advise students — we invest in them. Every plan, every session, every word of feedback is crafted for that one person sitting across from us."

— Dr. Mario Tomei, Founder
